Refreshing Your Portfolio
Refreshing your portfolio can solve some common portfolio errors.
Simply click the small triangle to the left of your portfolio name. Then, click synchronize. In the menu that appears, click Refresh.
After a couple moments, the portfolio will refresh itself.
Try using this technique when you see errors with your portfolio. It can often correct those problems. And, you won’t have to wait on the phone to talk with a Customer Success agent!
