Whitelisting with Comcast/Xfinity

  1. Click the Preferences tab at the top.
  2. Select Email Filters, and then click Add Filter.
  3. Name the filter.
  4. Fill out the criteria and add the email addresses that you’d like to include.
  5. Save your filter.

 

These are the emails you should add to your filter. 

  • support@tradesmith.zendesk.com
  • ceo@exct.tradestops.com
  • services@exct.tradestops.com
  • services@tradestops.com
  • order@exct.tradestops.com
  • portfolio@exct.tradestops.com
