How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription?
If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your subscription to TradeStops, please contact us by calling (866) 385-2076. Our team is available 9:00AM-5:00PM Eastern.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Service team at (866) 385-2076 or by clicking here. (Please allow two (2) business days to process your request. Major US holidays may slightly delay processing.) To cancel without incurring a renewal fee, you must do so one day prior to the renewal date. Annual subscribers will receive a reminder before their subscription is renewed.”
What is TradeStops’ refund policy?
TradeStops comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply contact us within 30 days, and you will receive a full refund. We do not process any refunds after 30 days.
