The TradeSmith Knowledge Bases

When you log into our various TradeSmith programs, you might have noticed the Knowledge Base in the top menu. What is the Knowledge Base?

Think of it like a public library. Each one is filled with articles about our programs. You can take a deep dive into the Position Size calculator, learn all about your Crypto public key, and so much more. In fact, these Knowledge Bases can answer about 90% of the questions you have.

You can access all the Knowledge Bases at the links below, regardless of whether or not you’re logged in to your account.

If you’re logged in to your account, you’ll find the Knowledge Base in the top right corner, either to the left of your name or in your name’s drop-down menu.

In TradeStops, the Help button will open our interactive Knowledge Base.

Just type the key words that interest you and the results will appear in this pop-up area. How neat is that?

For our other programs, the Help button opens the respective Knowledge Base in a new window. From there, you can search for topics and open any of the available articles.

We’re always looking to improve our Knowledge Bases, so if you’d like us to add anything, please let us know.
