Welcome to another Insider Update from the TradeSmith team. These updates show you what’s new with our products, any upcoming events we have, and the latest editorials from TradeSmith or webinars from our Education team.
This week, TradeStops got a small update; there’s some exciting news coming for our MegaTrends subscribers; and we have some great conferences coming up.
Let’s dive right in!
With TradeStops, you can get emails for your alerts along with corporate actions for your holdings. If your email provider sees too many emails coming from one domain, those emails may end up getting blocked. We don’t want you to miss any alerts or corporate actions, so we came up with a solution.
In your TradeStops settings, you can choose to consolidate your alerts into grouped reports or one single report (or keep it as individual emails if you’d like). This helps cut down the clutter in your inbox, and the feedback so far is that our customers have loved this update.
We recently implemented a new update for your corporate action alerts and consolidated them down to one report for you. Again, this ensures your notification emails won’t get erroneously marked as spam.
Now, we’ve improved this consolidation report. The latest update will show you the number of shares you have when a position goes ex-dividend and also the payment date. You can see an example below.
All this and more will be included in just one email. It’s a great way to streamline the data for you.
The TradeSmith and LikeFolio teams are at it again bringing our MegaTrends subscribers the latest roundtable and MegaTrends report.
As a reminder, MegaTrends leverages social media data from Twitter that is then analyzed by LikeFolio to find consumer sentiment and combines it with overlapping larger trends from across the market. That combination is what’s known as a “megatrend,” and it can have enormous impact on individual companies and their stocks.

2019 Stansberry Conference — Oct. 7–9 at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV
The goal of the Stansberry Conference Series is to present fantastic speakers who deliver brilliant ideas that can actually change your life.
We’ll host bootcamp training at this conference as well (with a little different flair) all day on Oct. 7. You’ll have the opportunity to sign up for 30-minute small-group sessions with our Education, Training, and Customer Success team members. They will be available to answer your questions, help you with your account, and take your feature suggestions. Because of the format, we’ll have more flexibility, but seats are still limited! Make sure to call our Customer Success team or visit our booth to register to attend one (or more) of these sessions.
