This week, enjoy these tips and tricks that you can use to make yourTradeSmith experience even more enjoyable.


Did you know that you can add positions to a portfolio directly from your newsletter? It’s true! And it’s really easy to do.

Once you enter a newsletter from within CryptoTradeSmith, we’ll display the list of recommended cryptos.

Add positions directly from newsletter recommendations

To the left of the positions are small plus signs. Click them to add positions to your portfolio. All you need to do is fill out a form, and we do all the hard work for you. Easy, right?

Ideas by TradeSmith

In TradeSmith’s Lab, you can also send positions that interest you directly to TradeStops. We made this process simple for you too. (You’ll need a TradeStops account for this to work.)

To the left of the ticker symbols in the Lab, there are white boxes. Click them to indicate the positions that interest you.

Send positions in Ideas by TradeSmith directly to TradeStops

Then, at the bottom of the screen, select the portfolio to send the positions. Once you click the Add button, the positions will be added to your TradeStops account.

NOTE: Positions cannot be sent to synced portfolios.


Our Customer Success agents are always happy to answer your questions. But — we know that waiting on the phone for an answer can be frustrating. That’s why we’ve included a chat option within the program. It’s a great way to get questions answered quickly without waiting on the phone.

To start a chat with an agent, just click the green “Online — Chat With Us” icon.

Use Chat feature to communicate with Customer Success agents

Just fill out the form, and you can quickly communicate with an agent. After you fill out this initial form, hit the enter button on your keyboard to send messages to the agent.

Please keep in mind that chat is for quickly answered concerns. More in-depth requests may be best answered by sending in an email with your question or concern.

Chat is available Monday–Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern.
